The ProtonicApps privacy policy describes how ProtonicApps collects and disseminates information received via BabyExpenses app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy.
ProtonicApps will not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information, which includes, but is not limited to, your address, telephone number, and email address, collected on the App, provided, however, that personal information will be transmitted to third party dealers of ProtonicApps products for the third party dealers' use in marketing ProtonicApps products. Additionally, ProtonicApps partners with other entities to provide specific web related services. ProtonicApps will disclose personal information to such other entities if such personal information is needed to provide the service. ProtonicApps is the sole owner of the personal information collected on the App.
ProtonicApps may collect anonymous information about you from cookies and log files. Collecting such information is standard practice on the Internet. ProtonicAppsmay use such information to, among other things, analyze the use of the App, administer the App, and gather broad demographic information. ProtonicApps may share such demographic information with third parties.
The Site contains links to third party web sites. ProtonicApps is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third party web sites since any personal information you provide to a third party web site will be controlled by the privacy policy of that third party. You should read the privacy policies of any such third party web sites. ProtonicApps neither endorses nor makes any guarantee or representation as to the sufficiency, accuracy or completeness of the content or privacy policy of any third party web site to which you may be linked from the App. This Policy neither governs the practices of any entity not owned or controlled by ProtonicApps nor does this Policy govern the practices of any subsidiaries or affiliated entities.
ProtonicApps takes commercially reasonable precautions to keep your personal information secure. However, ProtonicApps cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online, and you do so at your own risk.
When you register an ProtonicApps product on the App you may elect to receive information on products, services, announcements, maintenance tips, and special offers. Additionally, you may elect to receive maintenance reminders relative to ProtonicApps products you have purchased, or you may elect to receive literature about ProtonicApps products. If you elect to receive any such communications, ProtonicApps will occasionally send you emails or other information that match your request. ProtonicApps does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, and ProtonicApps does not target the App to children under the age of 13.
You may update or remove your personal information from ProtonicApps's database. To do so, contact ProtonicApps at ilya@ProtonicApps.com or by calling (608) 620-5080 and provide ProtonicApps with the corrected or updated personal information or a request for the removal of your personal information. If you request the removal of your personal information from ProtonicApps's database, ProtonicApps will retain a record and documentation of the removal of the personal information from the database for ProtonicApps's internal records as evidence of the action and compliance with this Policy.
ProtonicApps reserves the right to change this Policy without notice to any party. Any change to this Policy shall become effective upon posting of the revised Policy to the App. Use of the App following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy then in effect.
